- As a wine club member, do I receive a discount on wines I buy at Oak Valley?
- All members enjoy a generous 15% saving on all wines shipped as part of wine club orders and a 15% saving on all wines purchased from the tasting room.
- How often are wine club orders shipped?
- 12-bottles shipped twice a year, May and November i.e. 24 bottles per year in total.
- What membership types should I select?
There are two membership types:
- Winemakers Cellar Pack is a fixed selection of wines chosen by our winemaker.
- Custom Cellar Pack is your own selection of wines.
- May I select my own wines for each shipment?
- Yes. By selecting the Custom Cellar Pack option you may customise your 12-bottle selection in May and your 12-bottle selection in November.
- How much does being a wine club member cost?
- Membership is free. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping.Door-to-door delivery is FREE.
- How long must I remain a member?
- You may cancel at any time.
- How do I cancel my membership?
- You may cancel your membership by contacting us via phone (021 859 4110) or email, email@example.com.
- What happens if I move address?
- Please notify us prior to your move by phone or email. Oak Valley is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.
